(Most communities offer Household Hazardous Waste (HHW) collection events\/sites for these).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Asbestos-Containing Materials (ACM):<\/strong> Due to the specialized permitting, testing, and handling required by the DEQ.<strong>Note:<\/strong> If your home was built before 2004 and you are demolishing or renovating, you are <strong>legally required<\/strong> to have an asbestos survey.
