🤠 WHAT WE TAKE: TEXAS JUNK REMOVAL
Texas operates under the Solid Waste Disposal Act, which prioritizes the safe management of municipal, industrial, and hazardous waste. Since the state has fewer statewide bans than some others, we focus on safe, efficient removal and diverting as much as possible for recycling and reuse.
We take practically everything non-hazardous that two people can safely lift.

⚠️ What We Cannot Haul in Texas (Regulated/Hazardous Waste)
Texas has strict regulations for hazardous materials, requiring them to be kept separate from general municipal solid waste (MSW). We cannot accept:
- Medical Waste (Regulated): Sharps, bodily fluids, pathological waste, etc..
- Flammable/Corrosive Materials: Gasoline, Kerosene, Turpentine, Solvents, Acids.
- Pesticides & Herbicides: Chemical lawn and garden treatments.
- Oil & Oil-Based Paint: Used motor oil, filters, and oil-based paints.
- Propane Tanks: Unless certified empty and valve removed (which must be handled carefully by the customer).
- Ammunition & Explosives
- Radioactive Materials (e.g., Smoke Detectors containing radioactive material)
Need to Get Rid of Household Hazardous Waste (HHW)?
For residential customers, Texas counties and cities often run specialized collection programs for the prohibited liquids and chemicals mentioned above.
- If you are in the Houston/Harris County area: You can access the Environmental Service Centers (ESC) or the Harris County Hazardous Waste Facility for free drop-off of items like paint, batteries, motor oil, and pool chemicals.
