How soon can I book a junk removal appointment?
We ask that you book as soon as possible but please give us at least 24 hours in advance so we can best accommodate you. In some cases, we may be able to give you an appointment the same day.
How can I pay for junk removal?
We accept cash, credit and debit as the type of payment. Payment is due once all the items are loaded on the truck.
How big are your junk removal trucks?
Our company has two sizes of junk removal box trucks: STANDARD and OVERSIZE. The standard size truck is 11 ft long, 8 ft wide and 5 ft high and the oversize truck is 16 ½ ft long and has same width and height. The standard size truck is equivalent to a one car garage and the oversize is equivalent to a two-car garage.
Can you complete full-house clean outs?
Yes, our team is dedicated into completing any job that comes our way. We specialize in estate cleanouts, full house cleanouts, and many more services.

Yes, majority of your items will be accepted. The only exclusion is hazard waste like chemicals, paints and combustibles. Also, items deemed unsafe for disposal at the landfill. Is 1844-JunkRat available on weekends?
The hours of operation for JunkRat is Monday through Friday 8:00am – 6:00pm and Saturday 8:00am – 4:30pm. We are closed on Sundays.
Do you offer dumpster rentals?
Unfortunately, we do not offer dumpster rentals. We provide a full junk removal service that includes the labor, hauling and disposal of your unwanted items. It gives you the peace of mind of not having to lift a finger and have fast efficient service.
Are there any discounts available?
We offer a $20 discount if you book a time online.
