⚖️ OREGON LANDFILL BANS & MANDATORY RECYCLING WE HANDLE
Oregon Revised Statutes (ORS 459.247) and the Oregon E-Cycles program strictly prohibit the disposal of certain items in municipal solid waste (MSW) landfills. We guarantee proper, compliant disposal for all the following:

- Yard Debris: Branches, shrubs, clean wood, fencing, and landscaping waste.
- Office & Business Junk: Desks, cubicle walls, filing cabinets, and general commercial waste (excluding regulated hazardous waste).

🚫 WHAT WE CANNOT TAKE
For safety and to comply with DEQ and federal regulations, we cannot accept any hazardous waste:
- Hazardous Materials: Wet paint, gasoline/fuels, solvents, chemicals, or other flammable, corrosive, or toxic liquids. (Most communities offer Household Hazardous Waste (HHW) collection events/sites for these).
- Asbestos-Containing Materials (ACM): Due to the specialized permitting, testing, and handling required by the DEQ.Note: If your home was built before 2004 and you are demolishing or renovating, you are legally required to have an asbestos survey. We recommend hiring a DEQ-licensed abatement contractor for any asbestos removal.
- Medical Waste: Including sharps/needles or biohazardous materials.
